I have never understood this. By copyright laws, it’s meant to be the person who is in a picture owns the copyright. Therefore it can’t be published for money in any way. So how do paparazzi get away with it?

Your talking about a double edged sword.

The images they take keep the famous and semi famous in the spotlight…something they crave and to further their careers need.

A good publicist/ agent for any actor/actress attempting to gain their client the next big contract might start making phone calls, alerting the media that said star will be at so and such at whatever time.

Don’t for a moment delude yourself into thinking these people were caught unawares…At least 90% is staged, yes even those risky photos of topplessness by the pool are not so innocent… they know very well what their doing…

Professionals know when to back off and leave someone alone…most often its the rabid fans who intrude into these peoples personal lives and that’s where the trouble starts…

Trust me when I say if the pictures were not welcomed a ton of greedy lawyers would be knocking at the door…

i would be utterly creeped out. I always have nightmares that there are impostures of me out there and they are out to murder me.

I want to see a picture of when she has the cuts on her face thought, not a normal picture of the actress.

What really pisses me off is when people label other people…
I’ll be honest I do it to sometimes but why not keep it to yourself? People are always calling me emo… I don’t cut and I don’t cry like a little pussy… BTW I have nothing against emo’s…

I understand your frustration. Honestly, I think it’s in human nature to create categories to organize types of people into. Even if you never label someone out loud, you have definitely done it before in your head (could be as simple as thinking someone was rude….you’re labeling them as rude). I believe it occurs because things are easier to explain when you have popular idealized labels to use—if someone said another person was a "prep" then another person would automatically understand a basic idea of what the person being described was physically like. Sadly, some people who use labels use them to hurt or insult another person. They most likely do this in order to feel better about themselves—boosts their ego to make fun of another person.

How do I email pictures that I have taken today with my digital camera?
I have taken many today of wildlife and I want to email them to friends and family and I want to know how I can post all the pictures in an email in full size. I hate having to post pictures as links as only five at a time.

You can’t email them full size, most email accounts can’t handle it, and the recipients wouldn’t like for tying up their email, especially if they have a slow connection. So that means you have to resize them, send them at a lesser quality, and still give everyone the headache of dealing with them.

It is a much better idea to upload the photos somewhere and send everyone a link to your gallery. That way, they get to see them in good size and quality without having to figure out what to do with them. It is much, much easier to view photos that way, and your friends and family will thank you for it.

Try free places like Flickr or Picasa (Google), or one of the many others.

Some guy had a picture of a girls tits on his halo 3 file share, probably porn that had a virus in it, and he told me to look at his file share before I knew what it was. Say if it did have a virus, I Know it wouldn’t work on the 360, but could the virus from the picture be transferred onto my pc via my wireless router?

Dude totally bogus. You can look at whatever you want on your Xbox. There are 0 that’s a big ZERO viruses for the Xbox and who ever told you that the Xbox could get a virus should contract aids and die slowly.

I watched a few videos and noticed that they ask loads of questions to the celebrities. They had a Tom Brady video and asked about his son and the patriots. Do these reporters and paparazzi really care? Why do they try to make conversation with the celebrities, if all they want is the picture? I don’t understand why they try to speak to the celebs. Why do they?
