Shouldn’t it be invasion of privacy especially when they don’t have permission to and following them around. Also it causes a lot of problems and drama because that’s how rumors get started and it’s just wrong period. I just think it’s sick and pathetic for people to be so obsessed with the personal lives and relationships of celebrities instead of their music and career.

Do you think it’s wrong?

Celebs that want to avoid the paps can do so with no problem. Everyone knows where these guys hang out. You left out the most important part though, it’s dangerous. These guys chase celebs in their cars and cause accidents. You can’t go to certain clubs because they’re always pushing and shoving. The paparazzi make life in L.A. very perilous sometimes

I have a question. I am a 22 year old guy and I study in London , I have a very good female friend (she is 19) from Bulgaria that studies with me, she is very quiet and very shy with almost everybody because her English is really bad, but we are very close, from all the girls I know she is my best friend. Like one months ago I got angry at her because of something stupid she did, and I told her that I will not talk to her anymore (it was kind of playing, she knew I was not really mad, I was just playing). Anyway we went to this house party on Saturday and she came and try to talk to me, I didn’t say one word, then out of nowhere she just said “if you start talking to me again I will let you take a picture of my tits”, so I went inside the restroom with her, and without me telling her anything she took out her shirt and she was only with her upper lingerie. She start to make sexy position and laughing, so I start to take picture with my phone, I ask her if she was going to take her lingerie off and she started to laugh even hard, like if she was having a lot of fun. Then somebody started to nook on the door so we stop and we just get out of the restroom. Then we separated and we didnt see each other all night.
My questions is : do you think that she let me take pictures of her tits because: she likes me ? she was just playing and having fun ? or she had a bet with another girl ?
PS: she is really hot, blond, blue eyes and her tits are perfect I swear, she could have any guy she wants believe me.
She was not drunk.

The Media thinks it’s what people like us want to see, so there is plenty of money to be made with it.
That is why you see those tabloids are all over the stores, they are in high demand for people who want to see them go shopping so there are more paparazzi to meet those demands. they get paid well to depending on who and where they take those pics too, they could be paid up to 5 grand.

But is I go filming or taking pictures in public I havta ask for permission and ect. Blurr out peoples faces who dont want pictures taken.
ok so celebs are considered public w.e but what about a normal person?

If you and the subjects are in a public place then you do NOT have to ask permission to take pictures.
That includes pictures of children.

Neither (at least in the US and UK) do you have to blur anything if you publish them in an editorial capacity.

just wondering if like the cell phone company or anyone else can see picture messages you send, other than yourself, and the person you send them to.

Any other phone user, no. Well, the receiver could forward the message to somebody else, but I figure that’s not what you ask about.

The phone company, yes, as the messages are passing through their system. This is independent of the technology used (typically MMS or e-mail). This is the case also for SMS.

It’s a different question altogether what policies they have for keeping such messages, but I would guess there’s a requirement to at least store them for a period of time, for surveillance reasons.

So why hasn’t the Pentagon released the statements regarding this action like they always have in the past?
If Obama releases something, it is almost positively a distortion or an outright lie.

My mom keeps taking my pictures on facebook and using them as her profile picture by clicking that annoying "Make Profile Picture" button below the picture. Is there anyway I can take that off for good or at least just for her?

You can go to your privacy settings under "Account" and click "Customize settings". Then, edit your photo settings and save changes.
