I thought it was illegal to take pictures of someone and or videos without their consent. So why can parazzi?

this is what we call a "grey" zone.
The "Paparazzi" aren’t allowed to take these pictures without consent, but at the other end of the spectrum — celebrities can’t do without the attention — "press/photo articles" in the popular magazines. Of course, like everywhere else, there are always guys that go way too far, and really invade the personal lives of stars and almost "stalk" them for that one picture that stands out. (mostly a non -flattering one).

They’re a sad bunch of people. Maybe – for now – there will be a short cooling off period, with the scandal in England and Murdoch’s "News of The World".

I’ve seen bigger, or was that what my new nurse said earlier. um.

I maybe getting on in years but thats the biggest porkie pie story I’ve seen in a while. Come enjoy a scenic trip to Kenya and you’ll appreciate the crocodile’s nature, and trust me it doesn’t involve being nice to tour guides with slabs of meat on a boat.

So you have to sign a permission slip if a group is going to take your picture and or you have to give them permission. and if a film crew has to warn you theyre filming in a public place then why can paparazzi take someones picture and sell it to a magazine? That doesnt make sense to me. Even if youre over 18, what if you dont want your picture out there for people to see or what if youre in hiding. You’d think that would be illegal to take them and sell them.

Personally I think "paparazzi" are the scum of the earth so I’ll look forward to any answer’s you get

When you see the paparazzi they always have "Top spec" cameras ..Such as the Nikon D3s etc
If you gave them a cheap DSLR camera…Such as the Canon 1100d or the Nikon D3100 would they be able to get the same results
They are only allowed to use the cameras built in flash.

When was the last time you saw a paparazzo in action?

They typically use 70-200 mm f/2.8 lenses and an external flash in low light

In 2000, they were using either 35 mm film or a 2 mp to 4 mp sensored dSLR. Their image quality did not suffer.

once you send a picture its able to be sent around in to anyone so i would guess just to be firm and say no

Hi everybody!
Me and my girlfriend have created a page on facebook and the members are just me and her. So we can post whatever we like there to remain between us only. My question is that, if one of us upload a photo into the page and tag our names onto the photo, will the firends that we both have on facebook see our picture?

Haha, of course, they can if both of you use the real name. Facebook will remind some related people to your photo.

Ok so I meet this 1 girl online and we talked and everything and then she showed me a picture of her, but I don’t know if it’s fake or not because I hear that alot of people use fake pictures on the Internet.

Right click on the photo and select either "get info" or properties….
This at least should give you an idea of when, possibly where and what camera was used to take the photo.
Another option would be to do a google image search to see if there are any photos of similar appearance that could be her which match with the one she has sent to you.
Just a few ideas which may or may not help…
