Im getting a friend back for using paint to make a fake embarrasing picture of me and im going to get him back.
any suggestions?

There’s this site called Zingfu where you can create a zing, which is a silly photo of someone. They give you lots of options for backgrounds. Check ‘em out. Just scroll your mouse over each one to see a demo. Then you pick one of the zings, upload the pic you want, add any thought bubbles and there you go! It’s not the same as paint, but it’s still pretty cool. There’s lots of different styles you can do. Check it out!

   You could try looking at Neat-o-rama’s generators… There’s "Monoface Potato Head" thing that might work. http://www.neatorama.com/category/generator/
