Pictures

I am using photoshop. And im really bored, i was wanting to make a fake dollar bill with my picture on it. Can someone tell me step-by-step how to do it?

i would look up dollar bills on google then crop it. then crop your pic use smear to smear the edges so you can get it in a cricle or use a cricle crop type thing for your pic then paste is then use the thing were it says color to make your pic green or if you just want it like regular then ignore that part lol… umm use shadow so it can blend but not to much best thing is just also explore the thing but i hope i gave you some what of an idea.
