I wrote this song over a year ago for my sister-in-law Desiree and other friends to dance to and recorded it on my first album, “Open” in December 2009. For us, “hot mess” is a fun way of saying, “You make me laugh out loud; you are crazy wonderful!” Here’s yet another homeade picture video.
