What do you say when people tell you you’re hot/pretty on a picture?

When someone comments something about you being pretty/hot, or looking pretty/hot on your facebook, myspace or MSN dp, what do you comment back?
I usually just say thanks or something like:
you’re pretty cute yourself, thanks but you’re the gorg one here!
Anyways, what do you say? 
If they’re hot/cute themselves, I thank them and compliment them too.
If they’re not, I just thank them. If they’re a PERVERT, I
a. ignore them.
b. block them.
c. say something witty that basically means "f*ck off, I may be pretty, but I`ll kick you in the balls."

When someone calls me hot, I don’t like it. It just seems disrespectful to me. I don’t know why either. If someone calls me pretty I smile and say thank you.

I ignore comments like that. A person’s opinion means nothing to me unless I care about and respect that person.
