If they’re hot/cute themselves, I thank them and compliment them too.

If they’re not, I just thank them. If they’re a PERVERT, I

a. ignore them.
b. block them.
c. say something witty that basically means "f*ck off, I may be pretty, but I`ll kick you in the balls."

I ignore comments like that. A person's opinion means nothing to me unless I care about and respect that person.

When someone calls me hot, I don't like it. It just seems disrespectful to me. I don't know why either. If someone calls me pretty I smile and say thank you.
