I found this really cool picture a while ago in a gallery with tons of other pictures like it. I’m pretty sure It’s titled "unloved" ..if anywone could find this gallery that would be fantastic

If you notice in the lower right hand corner of the Picture, there is a name, I believe it is "Engel it" or "Engel. Which is the German word for Angel. There is a German Rock Band "Rammstein " that has a song titled the same as this photo, I think it is either one of their album covers or album center pic. Good luck dude.
