How do I get rid of Windows Live Gallery as my default photo viewer? I want it to be MS Office Picture Manager?

The reason why is because the picture/photo in Windows Live Gallery often disappears and turns into a black spot when I open up another window. Also, it doesn’t let me have multiple picutres open.
MS Office Picture Manager does.
How do I change the default setting?
There is no Tools-File type.
In MS Office Picture Manager, use Tools-File Types and check the ones you want.
