How, when trying to send a picture through windows photo gallery, do i change my email server?

I need to send multiple pics for business, and the easiest way to do that is through windows photo gallery. when i do, it automatically sends through Microsoft Office Outlook. i would prefer them be sent through Windows Mail. how do i change this?

Hi, my name is Tara, and I am from the Windows Outreach Team. To send multiple images from photo gallery in one email, save your images with distinct names, as a JPG, to a file. Open your windows mail, and in the attachments option select your photo files. You should be able to send multiple images in one email from your email as attachments.
