The images they take keep the famous and semi famous in the spotlight...something they crave and to further their careers need. A good publicist/ agent for any actor/actress attempting to gain their client the next big contract might start making phone calls, alerting the media that said star will be at so and such at whatever time. Don't for a moment delude yourself into thinking these people were caught unawares...At least 90% is staged, yes even those risky photos of topplessness by the pool are not so innocent... they know very well what their doing... Professionals know when to back off and leave someone alone...most often its the rabid fans who intrude into these peoples personal lives and that's where the trouble starts... The only time it can become an infringement of personal gain is when it is put into a publication of calendar cereal box front cover or Tee shirts . To be sold in the local retail store .
