I have a picture of an actor and would like to know how I go about selling it. I am not a paparazzi.?

Contact the gossip ads, like Star, Enquirer etc…and just tell them you have an exclusive picture of a celeb in his or her most embarrassing act, pose, etc.. and want to sell it to them. They’ll send you a dsiclaimer, and a waiver stating that all property received is now exclusive and sole property of such and such, and if they accept the picture and it’s a celeb in the news that they want, they will compensate you accordingly.
It’s called free-lance photography
