How do I sharpen my pictures that I take with my cell phone camera?

I took some pictures with my Samsung T809 cell phone and I sent them to my album, some of them are fuzzy and unclear. I used microsoft picture manager on my computer but they still are fuzzy. I know some cell phones don’t always take good clear pictures, some of them come out okay and then they don’t. Yes, I know I should invest in a digital camera, but for now I have some pictures I really want to save.
