She says she looks bad in it but its the only picture i like so how can i make her not see it?

You can’t block a photo from just one person, so you can only either have it up for all to see, or delete it.

   "crop" the photo. It lets you edit what is in the picture, by selecting what you want to be seen.

   Just copy the picture and paste it to MS Paint. Then use the tools in microsoft paint (espeically the eraser tool) and erase your friend out of the picture. Then upload that pic to your facebook
